End of Life Announcement:
TS150™ Chairside Mill (air) and FastDesign™ 2.5

Effective Dec. 31, 2019

TS150 Mill

This notice serves to inform all existing TS150™ owners/customers that, effective Dec. 31, 2019, Glidewell Dental and Benco Dental ended support for the following products:

  • TS150 Mill (air) (pictured above)
  • FastDesign™ 2.5 design software (discontinued)
  • 2.35 mm shank diameter diamond  burs
  • Oil Lubricant (TS150)

Existing owners/customers using these products are hereby notified of the following:

  1. Annual Software Licensing Key: All original and current FastDesign 2.5 customers will be granted an open license at the conclusion of any current license agreements.
  2. Glidewell will not be updating the FastDesign 2.5 for the TS150 air mill.
  3. Software and Hardware Support: Benco Dental customers may continue to utilize their first-level ‘OneVisit’ support until Dec. 31, 2019.
  4. Blocks: Benco Dental will continue to offer milling blocks for use with the TS150/TS150e™.
  5. Burs: The 2.35 mm shank diameter diamond bur will be unavailable for repurchasing Dec. 31, 2019.
  6. Upgrade Pathway Considerations:
    1. Contact Benco Dental to upgrade to TS150e. Visit benco.com or call 1-800-462-3626.
    2. Contact Glidewell Dental for the fastmill.io™ In-Office Mill. Visit glidewell.io or call 1-844-949-7184.
